certified copies:
We are unable to certify the authenticity of a document 

and unable to certify that a copy matches an original.  

Instead, we can notarize the customer's signature on an 

Affidavit in which the customer swears that the document 

is an original or a true copy.

non-English ID verification: $25 
Identity verification can be provided in signer's preferred 

language if signer is unable to read English. 

early morning surcharge:  $25

Applies to sessions occurring between 12am-9am. 

non-notarized signatures:  $5 each

holiday surcharge:            $25 

Applies to sessions occurring on NYC public holidays.

late cancelation:                  $25 

Applies to sessions canceled within 1 hour of scheduled time.

No charge if preparation time is minimal. 

excessive time charge:   $5 per 15 minutes 

Applies when signer encounters technical problems, 

causing the session to last longer than the allotted time.
